Taking the health and welfare of our tenants, staff, and owners into consideration, as well as by executive order from the Governor of Kentucky, our office will be closed to face to face business beginning March 27,2020. We will be continuing business as usual in every other way with very few changes to our normal daily routines. Other than the office being closed, the only thing you may notice when arriving to the facility is that the gate is now Code Entry Only (will begin 3/30/2020) until further notice. You still have the same 24hr access you currently enjoy. If you have not yet received your code please contact me @ (502)426-6388, phones will continue to be answered, and we will get you in.
During this time, we ask, that if you need to make a payment you take advantage of our online bill pay option available on our website.

However, we will still be taking credit card payments over the phone. If you typically pay with cash, please consider purchasing a money order and either USPS mail or place in an envelope in our mail box outside the office door.

We are making every effort to make this time as painless as possible while doing our part to help “flatten the curve”. Our hope is that the storage of your treasures is not an added stress factor but, is reassuring to you that we are committed to the safety and security of our tenants, their items, and our overall facility.
